ordering and shipping

Shipping Info:

OTM Continues to have a $10.00 minimum order requirement.

OTM accepts major credit cards and PayPal.  OTM does NOT retain nor has the ability to retain ANY credit card information.

We ship via USPS only and our base shipping rate begins at $5.00 due to the postal rate increases.  Every effort is made to keep shipping costs to a minimum. 

Orders normally ship within 3 days or sooner. Unless we are out of stock on an item, in which case every effort is made to notify you via email of the out of stock item   **Due to spam filters this sometimes can be difficult. If we do not hear back from you we will refund your money back and ship your order.

OTM is not responsible for packages lost by the USPS.  If you think your order is lost or hasn’t arrived please email us and we will work with you on trying to locate it. From our experience orders sometimes get waylaid by the postal service for no apparent reason and can sometimes take up to 21 days.  This is not the norm but it can happen.  Orders shipping around holidays tend to take longer so please keep this in mind.

International Orders:  Are shipped with a base rate starting at $14.00 for one Global Priority envelope and goes up from there.  You will be sent a money request via PayPal for any shipping charges due that was not calculated at the time of check out.   All international orders are shipped weekly.

Ordering By Phone: If you would like to order by credit card over the phone please email us at:  order@outsidethemargins.com with your order FIRST and include your phone number and area code along with the time of day your available.  Please DO NOT includes your credit card information when you email us.  Once I receive your email I will call you to process your credit card over the phone. 

To Pay by Check:  Please email us your order to order@outsidethemargins.com with your shipping information.

California Residents:  California residents we will add 7.375% sales tax to your order.
