Funky Farmhouse
Welcome to my eclectic funky farm house ....the house that inspired my new website design! The house was moved here in 1963 to make way for a new freeway. It's a craftsman style home built about 1906. It's been added on to over the years by various owners, so it's quite the hodge podge, but we love it! And to answer the question many ask...no we aren't Laker's fans (i.e. the yellow and purple paint job) I love bright colors and I loved the combination of yellow and purple together. I like to think of it as my Alice in Wonderland house.
People who drive by either love it and stop to tell us or hate it and don't say anything and just make faces (like a few of our neighbors ) LOL!
