Recycled Christmas Card Banner

Here's a great project to use up those left over Christmas or greeting cards you have after the holidays. You can also use your old Christmas cards from past years if you save them.

Decide on the size triangle you want and cut out your triangles from each card

Here they all are cut out...I was going to spell Frosty but I didn't have enough leftover cards.

Glue card triangle to cardstock and either cut the same size or use decorative scissors to cut slightly larger then the triangle for a decorative tough.

Pull back top part of card and sandwich the ribbon between the front and back--add more adhesive if needed then burnish well.

Keep adding your triangles to the ribbon keeping even space between each one.

Add either ribbon or a decorative band of paper at the top to give further dimension.

Glue letters onto flags.

Gussy your banner flags up by adding rhinestones or glitter.
